We took a vist to The Lofts, located at 85 Morrell Street in Brantford, to check on the progress.
I’m happy to announce that construction is moving along quickly!

Phase I is on track for a May 2018 move in. Framing of the Main floor units (Lark II) are complete and rough-ins should start in about a week. Framing of the Second floor (Lark II) units are over 80% complete with rough-ins starting in a week.

Drywalling for Phase 1 will commence in November. All flooring and kitchens have been ordered and are on the way!

Phase II is on track for August move in with demolition re-commencing in about a week. Once framers have completed Phase I they will immediately begin work on framing for Phase II.
