St. Jean provided Insider sales support for New Horizon Development Group’s Mint Condos in Oakville. With it’s north Oakville location with close proximity to both the 407 and the $2 billion dollar New Oakville Hospital we St. Jean clients received exclusive access to the development before anyone else and at the lowest prices. 114 condos were purchased in 1 night. The project went on to become one of the most successful developments in the GTA of 2013.
